HOW-TO GUIDE
Prospects must be updated before every blast. Follow the instructions below to pull them from Onesite and import them into mailchimp.
> Reports > All Reports > Prospect Contact Level Details> Format: CSV>Activity Date>First Name>Last Name>Email>Date Needed> Save as and open in Excel> Delete the column with Guest Card ID> Sort & Filter > Custom Sort > Sort by Activity Date> Delete all Activity that occurred before your last import> Delete all columns besides first name, last name and email> Copy and paste into prospect lists on mailchimp.
