EBLASTS

  1. Select Tools>Message Center 
  2. Select the blue “Create New” button 
    1. Create a new list 
      1. Name your list (Prospects, Residents, DQ Residents, etc.) 
      2. Select the recipients (Residents or Leads) 
    2. Filter the list to include any information you’d like. (Pet owners only, specific buildings, people with balances, partially completed applications, etc.) 
  3. Generate the list and Save Note: Entrata keeps these lists updated, so if it is a resident list and people have moved in or out, Entrata will update accordingly. Leads will be updated as well based on their status in Entrata. 
  4. Select the blue “Create New” button 
    1. Create a new email  
      1. Select your list of recipients and click continue 
    2. Select the email layout you’d like to use and create your email subject and body then save and continue 
      1. Remember to personalize your email by using Merge fields in Entrata. (Example: Instead of Dear Residents use Dear *RESIDENT_NAME_FIRST* which will pull the first name of each resident 
    3. Schedule your email to either send immediately or at a later time then select Schedule Email
