GUEST CARDS

The guest card is the most powerful tool in closing leases. A properly completed guest card is essential in the follow up of sales we do not win on the first contact. Consider a guest card a blank check, if it is not filled out, you won't likely be able to cash it! This is the same with our guest cards. It is a Brookside requirement that the guest card is entered into Leasehawk/Onesite, as well as follow up activities and results.

FOLLOW UP NOTEBOOK

Each sales associate will maintain a Follow-Up Notebook and actively follow up on each sales lead. This is a thick three ring binder. Guest cards are to be three whole punched and inserted as directed below. Before going in the Follow –Up Notebook, all guest cards must be entered into Onesite.
