Employee Referral Program

Brookside Properties is always looking for good people, and you can help! Research has shown, and our own experience supports this, that new hires that come into a company through employee referrals are excellent contributors, stay with the company longer and are a more cost-effective recruit.

If you know someone who would be a good addition to Brookside Properties and they meet the qualifications, it may be worth $500 if you refer them for employment and they’re hired.

Candidates should be referred using the attached Candidate Referral Form.
Steps:
  1.   Refer your candidate!
  2.   Fill out Referral Form and have your Manager sign it
  3.   Send to Careers@BrooksideProperties.com

If your candidate is hired, you will be awarded $500!

Program Rules  
  • All Brookside Properties employees are eligible to participate, except employees who directly report to our business partners, HR personnel and managers with hiring authority over the referred candidates. 
  • The referral date cannot be earlier than the date of the actual job opening. The hiring of a referred employee must occur within 60 days of the initial referral date. 
  • The referral must represent the candidate's first contact with Brookside. Temp, summer, contract or former employees are not eligible candidates for referral awards. 
  • To be eligible for an award, the referrals must be submitted to Careers@BrooksideProperties.com before the candidate is set up for background and drug test. 
  • The first employee to refer a candidate will be the employee eligible for payment. 
  • Only candidates who meet the essential qualifications for the position will be considered. 
  • All candidates will be evaluated for employment consistent with Brookside Properties policies, procedures, and hiring practices. 
  • All information regarding the hiring decision will remain strictly confidential. 
  • The referring employee must still be employed by Brookside Properties during the hired candidate's first 90 days of employment in order to receive payment. 
  • Any disputes or interpretations of the program will be handled through Human Resources, and that decision will be final and binding. 
  • A referral will NOT be approved if the candidate is already set up for background and drug screening test before HR receives the referral form.
