All new managers, assistants, and leasing consultants must be trained by an approve mentor.

FAIR HOUSING & SEXUAL HARASSMENT
Fair housing and sexual harassment courses must be completed before a new employee is put into a position to engage residents or applicants.
COADVANTAGE
All new Brookside employees should complete their onboarding packet through Clearco before their first day of employment. All new hires complete the first day paperwork with their Managers and it will be submitted to HR. HR will then set up new hires for registration within CoAdvantage. After Registration is completed, then the new hires are added into Kronos and can begin clocking in and out, if hourly. Registration must be completed on the new hire’s first day. CoAd is the source to timecards, payroll, trainings, and so much more.

Entrata is Brookside's property management software. We use this software to keep track of residents and prospects, and to keep our properties running smoothly. Managers and Leasing Professionals should have access to Entrata. New employees should email to Gretchen at gjones@brooksideproperties.com on their first day to request an Entrata login.
