How to Property Audit Your Online Presence

Scroll through your Google Listing and check the following
• Address 
• Phone Number (Leasehawk Tracking Number titled Online Listings) 
• Scroll through photos and flag any inappropriate photos (see more details below)

Photos:
The top left corner of a photo will indicate its source, whether the owner provided it, another listing or a user. Anything showing owner or listing, is something we can change in-house. If it is owner provided (shows the name of your property) submit that to marketing for removal, if it shows apartments.com, edit your listing through them or by emailing support)

Your Website
1. From your Google Listing, click on your website.
2. Click all buttons to ensure they are properly working and directed to the right location
3. Review content
4. Review Photos (no pre-renovation photos or less then appealing photos)
5. Send test emails/calls and texts to all contact sources to confirm they are working
6. Review Hours
7. Click all social links to confirm they go to your property page
8. Confirm the Phone number is your Leasehawk Tracking Number titled “Online Listings”

Your Website (Mobile) Check on Both Android & IPhone
1. Google Search your property and Location
2. Click website from your Google Listing
3. Confirm website layout is acceptable (no distorted images etc)
4. There should be a phone icon at the top right of everyone’s mobile site, touch this to confirm it calls you and is the right number (Leasehawk Tracking Online Listings Number)

Your Online Listings
Go to Google.com
Type in your Property Name and Location
Your first page results will include all of your paid listings, including apartments.com and its network, Apartment Guide and its network, Zillow etc.
To stay efficient, I suggest hovering your mouse over the Headline of the webpage and right Click “open link in new tab”
Then go through each webpage and confirm all content is correct-make notes of any changes required.
Confirm all Content, including Photos and Floorplans are the best representation of your property possible.
Email requested changes through LiveBPI.co or by logging into your Client Website
Go to Next Tab with other listing until all websites have been reviewed
